HIP-HOP/CARDIO:
Guest Artist, Miss Rachel Shuster, is introducing high-energy, heart-pumping hip-hop/cardio classes to FSD in 2010 for ADULTS! This is a great opportunity to get out of the house and burn off those holiday calories! Bring your friends for some fun times in the dance studio!

Wednesdays 7-8pm
April 7-21 (3 Week Session)
Cost: $30- Returning Members $25

No prior dance experience necessary
